Layout of the rooms: Downstairs facing the lake (front of the house) is the large living room with kitchen. It has large windows and access to the southfacing conservatory. At the south west side (also with access to the conservatory) there is another large room, that can be used as bedroom or office room. To the right of the porch is a smaller room that can be used as bedroom or utility (there are also connections to use it as 2nd bathroom). Upstairs is a very large bedroom (southfacing, with access to the conservatory roof), and another large room. Additionally there is the bathroom. There is lots of staorage space in the attic, too. The site is 1.8 acre and has about 200 trees planted 6 years ago. Windows and doors are of finest quality, made from australian oak. The indoors finish & doors are of a quality that you would not find elsewhere in this country. Beside the house there is a large garage.
