Hobby Farm NE of Prague

Situated just northeast of Prague in a lovely village is this magnificent home with many outbuildings. This hobby farm is perfect for someone with a few horses, or if you want to raise goats or other small farm animals, or for someone who simply wants to live away from the noise of a big city; but not too far away.  The house comes with approximately four hectares.

The main house has, on the ground floor, two bedrooms, a garden room, a large playroom, a very large pantry with shelves, a large laundry room (with enough space for two washers, two dryers, an extra large sink and lots of room to hang laundry to dry), a freezer room and one full bathroom complete with toilet, sink, and shower.  The first floor is currently laid out with four bedrooms, an office, two complete bathrooms (one with a shower the other with a whirlpool bath), a large kitchen with eat-in area (dinette).  One of the bedrooms was originally the living room and could easily be converted back.  The house has an attached garage which can be accessed by two doors into the main house.  There is a remote controlled garage door opener.

The main property is surrounded by a high brick wall. The entrance is a black metal gate that is opened with a remote control. Across from the main house are two other residences. One is a full apartment with bedroom, living room, bathroom (with bath) and a kitchen with an eating area.  The other apartment on the first floor has a bathroom, complete with bath/shower, kitchen and eat-in area and a bedroom.  Depending on what you want to do, the two apartments on the first floor can be opened up into one as there is an adjoining door between them.  On the ground floor there is a full apartment with bedroom, living room, bathroom and kitchen (was redone only 7 years ago) and eat in area. There is also a small yellow house beside the apartments that is set up as a studio apartment.  It contains a bedroom/living area, small kitchen and bathroom.  They could be used as staff quarters, home to in-laws and extended family or rented out to make extra income.

The courtyard also contains many outbuildings. This includes two separate stables with a total of sixteen stalls. There is an area in the courtyard that is big enough to ride around or as a pasture area for a couple of horses.  As well, there is a very large hay barn which also has a stall area inside big enough to be a birthing pen or to house a small goat herd in the winter. There is an area that is good for weanling horses, sheep, goats or other small farm animals. It has several enclosed areas as well as an open area. There is, near this outside area, also a large separate stall.

Other outbuildings include some unfinished spaces, several storage areas, a three floor storage area with has been semi-finished with fairly new lighting. It has been previously used as workshop space. There is a large garage which could hold up to four cars or be used as general storage space. The property has three wells for all your water needs.  The orchard has apple, pear, cherry, plum and walnut trees. There is also a small in-ground pool complete with pool cover.  The backyard has a pool house to keep everything associated with your pool. On the other side of it there is a dog kennel.  Another kennel area is located near the far stables where two outside kennels are there complete with a dog house in each. The orchard has been used for animals two automatic waterers out there which are heated for year round use.  

Coming with the house is a dishwasher that is only about one year old, stove, microwave, and refrigerator. There are other appliances that can be included by negotiation.
