Running costs on this house are minimal - water rates less that 1 pound per month, electricity about 7 pounds per month. Satelite TV with a great selection of english language chanels and films is installed at the house and costs around 14 pounds per month depending upon which package you choose. Broad band internet connection available at about 12 pounds a month.
Margarita is a tax free island so to buy a brand new car is really cheap - I paid 7000 pounds for my brand new double cabin pick up truck. AND I fill the petrol tank for less than 50 pence. This is not the price per litre but a whole tank.
