A very characteristic house, with its stone walls and red tiles roof that give it a Swiss chalet taste. Inside the villa the walls are also stone and the floors are red terracotta. The interior has been decorated with extremely good taste, with wooden furniture and typical Greek artefacts.
The villa is located in an enchanting position above Vassilikos with a fabulous view to the open sea. A large covered veranda wraps around the house. There is an outside barbecue area for al fresco dining.
It is an ideal location for a comfortable getaway holiday surrounded by nature.

the house is 120m2 and the land is 13,000m2.

Accommodation :
Living area : Large open plan living room and well equipped kitchen. there are two large sofa beds. The living room leads onto a double bedroom.

Sleeping area : A few steps lead onto an upper level of the house where there is one double bedroom with an adjoining upper bedroom. Next to the first bedroom there is one large bathroom with tub and another independent double bedroom.

The villa sleeps 6 to 8 people.
