This town is 654 above sea level, about 30 mins from the sea and 40 mins from the ski slopes.

For sale is town house on 5 levels, the ground is a seller with door onto street it is cool there when realy hot out, which would a make a good kitchen. The first is a kitchen sitting room better if it was just a sitting room (i think)witrh door on to street. The second is a bedroom with toilet. The third is a bedroom with bathroom. The fourth floor is could be another bedroom it has a small window but if you were to put in another window on the other side you would have a lovely view of Gran Sasso, or better still make it a roof terrace.

This house has Electric, Telephone and Water connected .
